8.0Lovely position in close proximity to the harbour and shops. Very efficient and helpful staff.
− Only small criticism would be that some fresh or tinned chopped fruit would have made a nice addition to breakfast.

8.0Zeer lieve en behulpzame gastheer - super locatie - ruime kamer met koffiehoek (die wordt aangevuld) en met verse melk in de kleine frigo ! Zeer propere badkamer met warme douche. Super detail : de multistekker op de nachttafel. Heerlijk ontbijt met verse grote champignon. Het parkeren is iets moeilijker maar de gastheer zorgt voor een parkeerkaart op een dichtbije parking (5 min).

Brilliant hosts in a beautiful part of North Wales
10.0Ian and Anthony were excellent hosts and nothing was too much trouble, they went out of their way to supply local knowledge for swimming spots and places to eat. The location, inside the town walls, was excellent and as I had driven there, having a parking permit provided for the duration of my stay was a delightful bonus. Caer Menai is a beautiful listed building and I was very pleased with my room, which had a small fridge ( very welcome in the hot weather) and with other thoughtful extras provided such as bottles of water, fresh milk, plenty of tea and coffee as well as wine glasses and a corkscrew. Breakfast was also excellent, with a wide choice for a freshly cooked breakfast as well as cereals, fruit, toast etc . I would have no hesitation in recommending Caer Menai to friends and will definitely be returning
