10.0The apartment had everything we needed and was really nice to stay at! I would say that currently this is the very good option for staying in Nikolaev if you prefer proximity to the infrastructure and city center. Spacious apartment with an amazing view of the town and Tcentralny avenue from the windows. A convenient decor and furniture. There is nothing to complain about, everything was just good about this apartment! The apartment was super clean.The apartment are equipped with everything you would need for a living. Perfect location in a quiet and prestigious area of Nikolaev, only 2 minutes away from a big supermarket ATB and City Center. Some nice restaurants just a few minutes away from the apartment. The night city view from the windows is amazing... Will definitely come back again!

10.0It is city center. Cozy two-room apartment, separate rooms, comfortable kitchen. The apartment has a large double bed and a folding double euro-sofa. There is all the necessary furniture and equipment for recreation: refrigerator, washing machine, oven, clothes dryer. The apartment is located in the area with the most developed infrastructure in the city - convenient transport interchange to any part of the city, near the ATB supermarket, ATMs, restaurants. Welcoming, responsive hosts. Quickly, without problems phoned and I settled. Thanks, I'll be back!

10.0Perfect location in a center area of Nikolaev, only 5 minutes away from a big supermarket and some nice shops just a few minutes away from the apartment. The apartment was clean. It is equipped with everything you would need for a living - furnuture, fridge, sets of utensils, etc. A nice view from windows. Will definitely come back again!
