9.0Apartment was way bigger than expected, lovely amount of space

7.0L'appartamento è davvero bello e grande. La posizione è ottima, a pochi passi dai traghetti per La Valletta e dalle fermate autobus, e vicinissimo a bar e ristoranti. Le camere erano molto comode, con armadi e comò. Una aveva il bagno en suite, l'altra aveva il bagno in corridoio. La zona giorno era molto ampia, con un bel tavolo e un divano grande. Il terrazzino vista mare molto bello, anche se un po' piccolo per 4 persone, ma per la colazione poteva andare. L'aria condizionata funzionava bene in tutte le stanze. La cucina era attrezzata di tutto, anche se noi abbiamo usufruito solo della macchinetta del caffè (c'erano alcune cialde e caffè solubile). Asciugamani sufficienti, no telo bagno e solo un sapone sul lavandino (niente in doccia).
− Abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema con le chiavi all'arrivo, prontamente risolto. Il vero problema, che a distanza di 20gg non ho invece risolto, è la restituzione della caparra. Loro sostengono di averla restituita subito, allegando anche un documento dal quale però non si evince il codice necessario per la verifica bancaria. Sto facendo telefonate su telefonate e mail su mail sia a loro che a booking, ma ad oggi i soldi sul mio conto non ci sono. Sono intimamente convinta che si risolverà, almeno spero, ma tutto questo lavoro a posteriori è snervante. Se lo avessi saputo prima avrei cercato altro.

10.0Absolutely amazing stay! The apartment was even better than we expected—spotlessly clean, stylish, spacious, and equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area while still enjoying a peaceful atmosphere. The host was kind and always quick to respond. We felt at home from the moment we arrived. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would happily stay here again. Highly, highly recommended!
I would gladly choose this accommodation again.
9.0The location of the accommodation is excellent, with the beach, restaurants, shops, and a supermarket nearby. The apartment was clean and tidy, and all necessary amenities were available.
− What I didn’t like was that I had to provide my credit card details for the deposit. However, I should add that the amount was released correctly.

− A fost frig, toata încălzirea era pe curent. Încălzirea este cu aerul condiționat. Un miros greu in casa, a covor murdar.
