6.0Ha un giardino bellissmo e una veranda baciata dal sole del pomeriggio dove si sta davvero bene. L'arredamento della casa, in particolare della zona giorno è molto carino; la struttura in sè è molto bella: sembra la casetta delle favole e la posizione è ottima
− Purtroppo l'appartamento ha un serio problema di umidità; inoltre il bagno è assolutamente ingestibile: la doccia allaga tutto inesorabilemente e non riesce ad asciugare. E' onestamente da rivedere. Insomma è molto bello da vedere, meno da abitare
