8.0Lage ist super. Sehr zentral. Guter Ausgangs Punkt . Großzügige Wohnung. 3 Schlafräume 3 Bäder Ausgestattete Küche , auch Mikro, Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine... Schöne große Terrasse, die man für sich alleine hatte. Im Herbst allerdings keine Sonne ..
− Wohnung war kalt, Heizung ging leider nicht. Seifespender in allen Bädern waren leer Kein Aufzug. Wir sind von einer jungen Frau erst in der Wohnung empfangen worden, deren Englisch nicht sooo gut war. Über WhatsApp wurden wir langsam hin gelotst. Nicht sooo leicht zu finden... Die Erklärungen für die Nutzung der Wohnung war sehr spärlich, sie hatte es wohl eilig. Im Herbst kaum Sonne. Ausstattung hat sich dem historischen Charme des Gebäudes angepasst ;)

9.0Situated directely at the Campo Santo Stefano. Perfect to visit San Marco, La Fenice, Rialto and Dorsoduro!
− We got only 1 set of keys which makes everything a little bit complicated for a group of five.
Beautiful house in a great location
9.0The location is very central and close a vaporetto stop. The apartment is great for 3 couples or a large family. Everything was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the terrace multiple times and it is a highlight of the property. A true find in Venice.

7.0Πολυ μεγάλο το σπίτι και με αρκετά προσεγμένη ανακαίνιση , η τοποθεσία του πολυ βολική για όλα και ωραία θέα στην πλατεία . Τα μπάνια του όσα και οι κρεβατοκάμαρες διευκόλυναν πολύ να εχει ο καθένας από ένα. Καλά εξοπλισμένο με όλα τα απαραίτητα.
− Η είσοδος για να πας στο διαμέρισμα ήταν πολυ βρώμικη . Θα μπορούσαν οι κοινόχρηστοι χώροι να είναι αρκετά πιο καθαροί .
