Staff and location are about the only things that we found positive about our stay
6.0Great location. Staff tried very hard to solve problems.
− Toilet lid broken on arrival. WIFI was terrible - intermittent and very weak when available. Floor was fairly dusty. Only two cups in room. No saucers, no glasses. No indication on how to use the safe. Small freezer in fridge “iced up”. No ice tray anyway. Only one set of keys so we both had to leave the room together because keys were required to operate power in the room. No tissues or even a spoon to stir a cup of tea or coffee. To top it all off my wallet was stolen while walking to the residence. It sounded as though we had a baby elephant furniture-removalist in the room above ours and this noise persisted despite our complaints

10.0Апартаменты небольшие, но очень чистые и уютные, уборка каждый день, местоположение отличное, всюду гуляли пешком. Номер находится в старинном здании, в этом тоже своя изюминка
− Можно уже освежить побелку стен😉
