２泊したのですが、滞在中、本当に快適に過ごさせていただきました。子どもたちと父母の合計6人での宿泊で、こんなにも満足できたことは無いです。ホストのご家族が親身になって接してくださったのも嬉しかったです！食事は付いていませんが、それが好きな物、苦手な物が別れがちな我が家はありがたく、好きな物を買ってきて調理したり、ちょっと歩けば食べる場所が沢山あるので不便はありません。ホストの方が用意してくださったコーヒーやシリアルなどのきめ細やかなサービスも素敵でした。 また必ず伺います。

− １つもありません。それでも何か…と言われたら年配の両親には地上デジタルのテレビが見られたらありがたいかなと思いました。ただ、地上デジタルを見ない生活も非日常でよいものでした。

Wonderful hosts, a clean and modern apartment well located for a stay in Nozawa Onsen

Den Nozawa was a perfect place to stay as a family or two couples. It was well laid out with a 1/2 ensuite for each bedroom and a shared shower. The place was spotless and the hosts Michiko and Dave were excellent going the extra mile. They ensured every need was catered for and responded to every question. The kitchen was very functional and would easily suite self-dining with everything you need. The dining area was excellent and the lounge with a large TV and Netflix provided. The location was perfect, a 3 minute walk from the Shinden Bus Stop, which was the stop for both the Iiyama to Nozawa Bus, and the free Nozawa Ski Shuttle Bus. Getting to and from the Ski area was a breeze. For dining, Den Nozawa was a 5 minute walk from the main township where there were plenty of dining options. After skiing the place had a large gear and drying room for skis, boots and clothing. I would not hesitate to stay here again, and when we return to Nozawa, will be the first place we book.

− There was nothing we didn't like, the only very minor criticism was the pillows were a little smaller than we're used to. Other than that, there is nothing we didn't like. I would strongly recommend Den Nozawa to anyone.

Amazing comfortable family accommodation with very high quality finishes and exceptionally clean. Host was extremely helpful and accommodating. They answered all our random queries and went above and beyond what was expected to provide information we asked. Provided the ideal family retreat after a full day skiiing. The rooms are spacious and the common area was big enough to comfortably fit our family of 6.

− We didn't mind the walk each day, but the only downside was it was located a 10 minutes walk to the main gondola. That said, the bus stop for the shuttle was close by but we never used it as the morning and evening walk was pleasant through the lovely village.

Modern, new fully equipped self contained property in a great location.

It was a great property for a family of 5 (including 3 teenagers). The property was fantastic for our stay with a spacious lounge dining area with a full kitchen for breakfasts and dinners and each bedroom having its own ensuite toilet. The property is very new and modern. The ski storage and drying room was great so we had dry gear each morning. The hosts Michiko and Dave were friendly and awesome hosts. They prepared the property really well, were available for queries and provided some extra items to make our stay easier. The location really close to Shinden shuttle bus (about 150m) and Iiyama station bus stop worked perfectly. We opted to walk most days to the lower chair lift in about 8 minutes and stopped for a morning coffee on the way at the Swiss Bakery. The property location close the food village for a good variety of dinner options and a short walk to the centre of town worked really well too. We will definitely stay again. A fantastic high quality 2 bedroom property in a great location with awesome hosts.
