10.0The flat is clean, and it's very convenient: the railway station is very close (5 min walking), and they are plenty of facilities close to the flat: laundry machines, groceries (very nice and cheap), restaurants... It's really nice !

Nice residential space.
9.0Great location for public transilt and a very walkable area. Grocery and laundry were only a few blocks away. Several restaurants that looked quite good were nearby (French bistro, Portuguese, etc) The walk up to Calle Ocho on the street to the left was really pleasant. I loved the vibe of the neighborhood. A cozy stay for 1 person and it felt really safe at night to walk to the metrorail. Shower was nice and hot. Shampoo and body wash supplied. Basic kitchen supplies were fine for a short stay.
− Unit needs a little touch up paint inside. No broom supplied to sweep up.
