Pleasant and convenient for my purposes.
7.0Location excellent for a trip to perform at Llangollen. There is no parking but a convenient and not too expensive overnight car park opposite. You could find street parking with a little roaming around. Attractive spacious room and outlook onto garden. Owner very responsive: replies almost instantly to emails. We didn’t meet due to her working times but very friendly and helpful with cafe suggestions and parking advice.
− The entrance is quite confined if you had large luggage and the keys quite fiddly. Stairs are steep and two flights to the room, so mobility and access could be an issue. Needs highlighting in the description. Bathroom is shared and is down one flight from the room. Did not expect breakfast to be self catering in my room but it was all thoughtfully provided and quite relaxing to do it that way. De-caf tea/ coffee would be a good other option, though lots of interesting tea alternatives are provided. A little more milk to cover more than one drink and water in the fridge especially for the summer would be good too.

8.0The owner is very friendly and helpful. The room I stayed in was clean and spacious and bright, the window overlooking the house's beautiful garden. The location is super excellent, in the town centre but in a quiet road, opposite St Collen's Church. The room has a fridge and a simple cold breakfast, and tea and coffee are provided in the room.
− The shared bathroom is more suitable for people who prefer bath to shower, as the shower preasure was very low. The bathroom was cleaned frequently throughout the day, but the guests did not keep it clean, so at the pick time, such as in the mornings, it could be unclean and unpleasant to use.

10.0Debs was very welcoming and knowledgeable about places to eat and drink. We arrived early and very kindly let us in the property early.excellent location, central to everything. Lovely little touches in the room, Otis (Debs dog) was great company too 🤣 Thank you, hope to be back soon xxx
