− AC wasn’t working during peak summer. Very bad smell coming out of AC. Couldn’t open windows at all. TV Was very faulty

5.0We stayed here only because it was close to U.S embassy where we needed to go
− The room wasn't cleaned properly, it looks really worn down with holes in the walls as well as dirt, couldn't use the TV as the remote control was missing batteries, stayed in a room with kitchenette that was supposed to be equipped but it only had spoons and few dishes, AC wasn't working so the room was really hot during the night, when checking out nobody was on the reception, no signs left either
Avoid this property! It is not worth
1.0− A shithole! We had to changed the room because the toilet was broken and there was a hole in the mattress and no one noticed that(?!?!). There is no AC at all in the whole building. Tiny and uncomfortable room.
It was decent.
5.0Spacious room, good natural lighting. Amenities like a fridge sink microwave kettle accessible to us.
− No AC, the room got extremely hot and keeping the loud fan on all night wasn’t possible. No sound proofing windows, could hear everything. Very very creaky wobbly bed and shower door was fiddly.
Comfortable yet over priced rooms are a little tired looking

Misleading booking in every way
3.0Checked in earlier no problem. Bed, floor, toilet were clean.
− The AC was not working, despite booking stating that it it has AC. I guess booking.com should add category "Working AC". There was a fan for replacement that had brow gunk on it and dusty blades. The rest of the room, apart form things listed above was nasty. Dirty walls, beat up kitchen, scratched wardrobe, ruined table area, bed that is "sinking" in the middle, hallways with dirty carpet, faucet thats leaking, shower head that is broken, shower curtain thats dirty, dusty and dirty window, etc
