− The apartment smells very strongly of cigarettes; all my new clothes what I bought smell like cigarettes( There's a chair with a cigarette burn on it. There is no kettle in the apartment.

10.0Spent one night at Lux Cotton while passing through Podgorica and it was exactly what I needed. Clean, comfortable apartment, easy check-in, and a convenient location for getting in and out of the city. The bed was comfortable and everything worked as expected. Good value for the price. Would happily stay again on my next trip through Montenegro.
