8.0Da moradia com uma simpática arquitetura, o pátio e o espaço para estacionar a viatura. A localização muito boa, perto de tudo. Os quartos e sala espaçosa e wcs.
− A villa é antiga e precisa de alguma manutenção, na zona do pátio e churrasqueira, por exemplo. O chapéu de sol e esperguiçadeiras apresentam alguns danos.

7.0Das Platzangebot und zu jedem Zimmer gab es ein eigenes Bad
− Die Ausstattung war sehr spärlich. 6Gläser, 5 Tassen! Auch nur zwei Töpfe! Erst auf Nachfrage wurden zusätzlich Gläser und Tassen geliefert. Die Wohnung ist ziemlich renovierungsbedürftig. Viele Fliesen in Küche und Außenbereich beschädigt. Die Fenster ließen sich nicht verschließen. Sicherung hier nur mit den Außenjalousien möglich. Türen benötigen Anstrich. Den Außenbereich sollte der Gärtner mal säubern. Auffahrt für Pkw schwierig, da scharfkantige Fliesen an der Einfahrt problematisch für die Reifen sind. Keine Klimaanlage und keine Spülmaschine!

1.0− Foram pagas antecipadamente noites adicionais que acabaram por não ser utilizadas. Quando solicitámos a devolução do valor correspondente, foi retida parte do montante com base em alegado check-out tardio e “mau estado” do alojamento. O atraso foi de cerca de uma hora, numa noite que já se encontrava paga. O alegado “mau estado” referia-se apenas às camas não estarem feitas, o que não configura falta de higiene nem responsabilidade do hóspede, sendo a limpeza e preparação do alojamento da responsabilidade do proprietário, existindo inclusive taxa de limpeza paga.
