8.0The area is very quiet despite being near to a shop. We didn't know the area at all, other than googling it, and were pleasantly surprised. It was a spacey tidy residential area that is well looked after. The driveway was suitable for our car and had gates. We were provided with a travel cot which was in good nick, and there was plenty of room for in the main bedroom. The bathroom was smart and rainfall shower had plenty of pressure and there were loads of towels. It had a modern well equipped kitchen and utility. The photos are an accurate reflection of the interior. We would definitely use the house again
− The outdoor space let it down, because it was shabby and unloved. It wasn't suitable for our toddler or three year old to use. The base sheets on one of the beds was bobbly and worn, and the underneath of the same bed had their spare pictures stacked up. ( Not good when you have a nosey three year old.) There were four of us in our party, so it was fine but the seating in lounge area would not have been enough for 6 people.

We had a fantastic time. We travelled from NE Scotland to visit family and the house was perfectly situated for us.
10.0Beautiful property, lots of little extras included and comfy beds. Sun trap garden was nice to sit outside and have lunch.
