10.0The place was perfect for what I was looking for. I would 100% stay here again and recommend it to all my friends who need to be in Valencia and/or don't need to be directly in Dumaguete City. The place was very big and very clean. The windows were spectacular for a sunrise view (sunrise shining on the mountains directly facing my windows). The beds were very cozy and the shower had hot water and warm shower pressure. The host even tried to arrange for a motorcycle rental for me, but I decided against it since it was quite expensive for anywhere in the Philippines.

It was still good, i just didnt expect the stairs
7.0− We didn’t know there are stairs. My husband had his accident, so he couldnt walk or climb up stairs properly. And carrying two babies is like a marathon. I wish there is an elevator. Or somehow the property will say there is a stairs to welcome you. That would have been helpful to look for other option
