− Lighting to property - I returned late and needed torch. Approach was a little overgrown - needed mowing.

5.0Location to explore area The hut was well equipped for such a small space. Clean inside Shower and hot water Fridge
− Road noise effects the ambiance of this hut. Lorries thundering past behind us made the hut shake. Motorbikes roaring past. The Hammock is mouldy and rusty and needs disposal. The steps into hot tub felt unsafe as not attached The gate is broken so not easy to contain dogs 😢 One of the doors is jammed so you can't have double doors open. There are two windows to open inside but with the high temperature and the hut heating up its not ideal. Hot tub not hot despite putting loads of wood on to burn for over an hour with lid on. Would be added bonus to have seat pads for garden. Cleaning chicken poo of loungers No where to hang towels Light fixing broken in bathroom. Not value for money 😕
