Absoloutly grim. Extreme lack of help from owner. No eltric. No help. Dead flies. Dish washer full of dirty dishes. Refu
1.0I liked the location of the property. And the caravan was nice however was absoloutly dirty.
− The home had no lights. Eletric was not working for the lights and the heating wouldn’t come on. It was dark and freezing. IThe dead flies that was left throughout the living room. The dish washer full of dirty dishes. Damp smelling towels. The air fryer was dirty. Fridge had food items left from previous guest. Was ice cream and pees left in the freezer. Clumps of hair, bits and sand all in the bathroom untouched and left. It was that bad and had taken photo evidence that the owner had agreed to fully refund us. Now 1 week later she has now requested a £350 penalty payment. We accidentally left one chair outside as there was 3 of us and only two outdoor chairs to sit on. We sat outside in the evening and used one chair from indoors. As we was rushing to leave as was told cleaners would arrive at 10:30 we forgot to get the chair in. The chair got wet and now she’s trying to claim the chair is damaged and we apparently damaged the rooms without explaining how we supposedly done this. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this holiday let as it’s been nothing but issues and our purpose for the stay was to an attended a funeral. Absoloute shameful interactions with the owner. Who has waited a week to request this after processing a refund. I had a call from the owner at 7 in the evening to complain to me about how her husband is really ill she has twins to look after ect as an attempt to quilt trip us.
