The pro and con of the stay
10.0The location is close to Laguna Phuket and the shopping places like Boat Avenue and Porto de Chine. The staff is helpful and informative. Amenity and facility are well maintained.
− The park place is limited and the electricity charge is per usage ; not included in the room fee.

Modern, spacious and bright unit.
8.0It is a modern building with condo units from what I could gather. Our unit was bright, clean, well maintained and spacious. The front desk staff is friendly and accommodating to your needs. We loved the pool on the roof and by the entrance on the ground floor. I would stay there again.
− Although this is minor, only one card key is available which makes it more challenging for a couple.

The electricity is charged separately based on consumption and recorded yard readings at 8 THB per kWh unit. Payment is to be made in cash upon check-out.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
