9.0Hôtel Magnifique dans un cadre superbe Literie exceptionnelle Salle de bains incroyable vue montagne
− Pas très pratique pour se rendre dans le centre de nikko Les horaires des navettes de l hotel sont strictes et peu de flexibilité Mais les taxis ne coûtent pas trop cher donc ça a été :)
Ok stay but has opportunity for improvement
7.0Very nice setting next to the mountains and nice views of that from the room. Room is well designed and nice.
− I understand this may be a cultural item and how someone like us from the USA would prefer things. We would have liked to see the breakfast change more from day to day and take input from the guests on what they do and do not like. Also, the common area isn’t very welcoming to spend much time there outside of your room due to the staff hovering and monitoring closely. Make sure you don’t arrive early (even to drop bags) or you will pay a fee. Would also recommend improvements to the shuttle to and from town as it is challenging without a car.

10.0닛코하면 온천이 유명해서 온천이 있는 료칸 스타일을 선택하려다가 쉘터가든 닛코 호텔의 리뷰를 보고 이 호텔을 선택하게 되었습니다. 최고의 선택이었다고 생각합니다. 호텔에 도착하자 마자 부터 직원분들의 친절한 응대 태도는 어느 5성급 호텔 못지않은 수준 높은 친절함이었습니다. 호텔의 디자인, 인테리어, 식기들도 너무 훌륭했지만, 직원분들의 이 따뜻하고, 정성스런 응대가 2박을 하는 동안 여행을 너무 행복하게 했습니다. 가장 만족하게 했던 것은 조식과 석식이었습니다. 예약을 할때는 추가를 할까 말까 고민했었지만, 조식, 석식을 추가하길 너무 잘했다는 생각을 했습니다. 이 호텔에서 묵으신다면, 꼭 식사를 경험해 보시기를 강력 추천합니다. 저녁 프렌치 코스 요리는 미슐랭 파인다이닝 못지 않았고, 함께한 일행들도 너무 만족해 해서 다른 계절에 또 와보고 싶다고 극찬을 했습니다. 쉘터 가든의 식사를 경험해 보는 것만으로도 숙박비가 아깝지 않았습니다. 앞으로 닛코에 다시 올 기회가 된다면,쉘터 가든의 봄, 여름, 가을, 겨울. 사계절을 모두 경험하고 싶습니다. 닛코 여행에 행복한 추억을 만들어 주신 직원분들께 감사드립니다.
− 위치가 숲속이라서 렌트카를 이용하지 않으면, 도부닛코역에서 택시를 이용해야 합니다. 아침에는 호텔 셔틀을 이용해서 나갈 수 있고, 숙소로 귀가 시에도 도부닛코역에서 택시를 이용해야 합니다. 택시를 자주 타야 한다는 것. 단 한가지 뿐입니다.
