10.0Excellent modern apartment fully equipped with everything. All the furniture is new. The building is new. There is a reserved parking place at the internal building yard. It's not far away from the beach (around 6 minutes walking). It is not related to the appartment but pay attention that Nea Kalikratia central beach is very crowded. There is almost no place if you prefer to go with your own equipment. Also the sea water is not the greatest one. There is Sozopoli beach at a distance of 10 km wich offers free beach and turquoise water

Pleasent stay in a new apartment, I recomend it.
9.0Its nice and new apartment, with all the appliances you need for normal functioning of a family. They have private parking, which is advantage, because the streets in Kalikratia are narrow and with too many cars.
− The bed is small and not very comfortable. Internet was very slow and not always working.
