8.0家族５人、ワンコと共に利用しました。 他にもワンコ連れの方や、友達グループでの利用が目立ちました。 一階にダイニングキッチン、洗面とお風呂、2階に寝室のタイプで、早い時間は一階で過ごし落ち着いてからは2階でゆっくりできてよかったです。 ジャグジーが温泉を使っているとのことでしたが、少し使い方が分かりにくいように感じました。 外で食事してきましたが、キッチンも自由に使えて有り難かったです。

6.0外観、内装がとてもスタイリッシュで素敵でした。キッチンや食器もあるので便利でした。アメニティも充実しています。 駐車場からすぐ部屋に行けますが、ガラス扉1枚で、鍵2箇所のみのため、セキュリティ面が不安でした。 スペースが狭いので荷物を広げる場所が限られています。 設備の説明などが書かれていないため湯はりの方法が分からなかったり、給湯器の調子が悪くお湯が出なかったですが、フロントへ連絡をすると直ぐにスタッフさんが見に来てくれました。対応の速さは良かったです。

4.0オーナーさんはとても良い人なのだが、サービス面としてスタッフ教育が出来ていないのかな…また施設内の説明や気配りなど言い出したら多すぎる課題があると思う。また部屋のシャワーのドアが建て付けが甘く水が漏れてました。 施設の作り方も、オシャレな部分と専門家が作ってないのか便利さという点ではちょっと弱い。 小さな子ども連れではおすすめしない。 若いカップルには最適かもしれない。ただそれなら高いかな…うーん…2回目はないですね。 誰か優しい方がもっと0からアドバイスしてあげてくださるともっと良くなると思う。
