10.0Everything. Ared Villa is excellent place to stay after your arrival in Colombo by plane in the evening before going further into the island or along the coast. Perfect A/C, cllean bed linen and absolute silence. Friendly, welcoming staff. I strongly recommend for everybody this place.

9.0Perfect hotel before an early flight or late arrival, very close to the airport. Friendly staff. Communal kitchen you can use. Good shower with hot water and apart from the toilet (which you find seldom in Sri lanka).
− There was a fleece plaid to cover you at night. I would have preferred some sheets for hygienic reasons though.

9.0We stayed at the Ared on our final night in Sri Lanka, before our flight the next day. The hotel was clean, convenient and friendly. It met our expectations. We didn't eat here, only because we had an early flight and don't really do breakfast. The location, in Lion City, was peaceful and felt very safe.
− Only one plug socket in the room (This was a minor inconvenience). The air conditioning was little noisy, but not too intrusive.
