10.0Огромная территория (30 гектар), зелено и ухожено. Квартира чистая и уютная, приветливая хозяйка.
− В день выселения, после сдачи браслетов (по ним пускают на пляж и территорию), охрана отказалась впустить нас обратно и так же тяжело было выехать из пансионата. Выселение было в 12:00, и мы рассчитывали еще пару часов провести на пляже — покупаться и пообедать. Бронирование через Booking не помогло — охрана сослалась на отсутствие браслетов. Было бы разумно выдавать гостям временный пропуск, действующий до конца дня бронирования, чтобы избежать подобных ситуаций.
Отличный вариант размещения в ЦО "Рудига". Рекомендую.
10.0Отличная и светлая квартира, расположенная на территории центра отдыха "Радуга". Хороший свежий ремонт. В квартире есть вся необходимая техника, а так же кухня с посудой. Так как был поздний заезд, заранее согласовал с хозяйкой (милая и общительная девушка) такую возможность (в других вариантах время размещения было строго регламентировано). Хозяйка встретила у въезда на территорию комплекса и проводила до квартиры. Так как был в командировке, заранее согласовал предоставление необходимых отчетных документов. Что касается территории, то она очень зеленая, ухоженная. До пляжа - минут 5 максимум. Находиться там-одно удовольствие. На территории есть продуктовый магазин, можно купить все необходимое.
− 1. Немного тяжело открывается дверь балкона. Думал, что замок сломан, но нет, просто туго открывалась. 2. Не нашел гладильную доску (но, думаю, просто плохо искал). 3. Телевизор подключен к wi-fi, но посмотреть его так и не удалось (забыл спросить пароль, а в квартире отдельной распечатки с информацией не нашел). 4. Был озадачен отсутствием полотенец в санузле (оказалось, что они лежат в шкафу в спальне). Лучше их разместить там, где ими пользуются. 5. Очень не хватало кухонной тряпки. Вытирать руки полотенцем из санузла как-то неправильно. Справедливости ради, у меня был номер телефона хозяйки, но не звонил по таким пустякам. Но исправить такие несущественные недостатки все же не помешает.
