10.0Was perfect for what we needed, was worried when I read there was no staff on site but whatsapp communication was on and easy to use. I even used contactless payment to pay!

10.0まずめちゃくちゃ良かったです！部屋はとても綺麗で一人で過ごすには十分すぎるくらいの大きさです。 また近くにはMallもあって買い物もすることができました。 ネットフリックスも見ることができて快適に過ごせました。

10.0It is located close to many shops, restaurants, mall and Gadong night market. All places stated are walking distance. The room also cosy and good value for money. Really recommended to stay here especially if you love to and coming here for shopping.
− No signboard to state the hotel name. Should be a clear and big signboard so that easy for travellers to find the hotel. Besides, staff shouldn't enter the room to setup and login the Netflix account when there is no one in room unless the customers asking for. Netflix account should be logged in and setup early before customers check in the room.

7.0I choose this hotel due to price are affordable yet its in the middle of city, shops and restaurants are easy to commute only just by walking. This hotel is super clean and comfortable too.
− No provide on breakfast which there’s not available. And Welcoming door opposite with gym which Im not comfortable due to gym door open widely and guys around and they even whistled us. I got annoyed and I was with my daughter.
