Excellent rapport qualité prix! La villa est très belle, parfait si vous voyagez en groupe ou en famille. Il y a la climatisation et nous avons été très bien accueilli.

Tuvimos una estancia estupenda en esta casa, nos encontramos súper cómodos. Descansamos un montón. Disfrutamos mucho de la piscina tenía un tamaño perfecto e igual que el jardín. Nos encantó regarlo y cuidar como nuestra si fuera nuestra casa. El interior enorme con todo tipo de detalles. La cocina súper completa y con vajillas maravillosas típicas de Tunez. La ubicación para nosotros fue estupenda teniendo en cuenta que estábamos con coche de alquiler y nos movíamos por toda la isla sin problema.

Superbe villa, très belle piscine, proximité immédiate de la plage. Des hôtes ultra-réactifs et disponibles qui ont tout fait pour rendre notre séjour le plus agréable possible et ceux malgré une réservation de dernière minute. Je recommande fortement.

Superbe villa avec piscine/exterieur récemment refaits ,très propre , au calme et très bien située près de nombreuses plages et de la lagune du port d'Aghir (2 minutes à pied). Quartier sur ! Équipement domestiques plus que correct, clim plus qu'efficasse. Nous étions en famille à 4 avec 2 enfants mais la villa peut convenir pour 6 personnes. Le plus de cette location, Anis le gérant pour ses conseils ; sa présence et sa réactivité qui est toujours la via WhatsApp ou téléphone si il y a le moindre questionnement. Personnel Envoyé sur place très sérieux. Nous recommandons chaudement cette location.

Large spacious rooms. Clean. Downstairs double bed and ensuite. Pool. Owner, via WhatsApp considerate and helpful and most of the time very quickly responsive. Very quiet. Nicely developed property area. You need a car to get around though taxis are cheap. Expensive cafe and pizzeria on site. Restaurant by sea only short walk away.

− Owner lives 600 km away and villa wasn't set up ready for us e.g. no towels in villa, on the washing line instead......had they been washed or was that where previous tourists had left them? No toilet rolls. WiFi didn't work at all for 2 days. TV, if you wanted uk channels didn't work as based on WiFi and not enough band width probably.. pool not heated. In first week in November despite high day temperatures the pool was quite cold. Very few small sized saucepans, seemed set up solely for full occupancy of 6 to 8 people. You can park easily but a few minutes away from villa. No rubbish bags in the one bin in the kitchen and nearest dustbin some way away from villa though manager will, eventually move your rubbish.

For the price it was nice to have a private house close to the beach. The staff was nice and helpful. I would definitely

It was a very close walk to the beach. I liked having the high fence in the backyard so it is private. Our family could relax and swim comfortably. I liked that there was a grill included to bbq out and the house was clean, so it was comfortable.

− The owner was very nice and helpful; there was a leaking a/c unit and the internet was not a great connection the entire stay. They tried to get the a/c fixed a couple times finally and were very nice. My only complaint the showers are very small and get water everywhere on the floor, even with the doors closed. I wish the internet WiFi had worked better and that there were any extra sheets or Pillows for the beds. Definitely could have used some extra pillows.
