Appartement très confortable pour un séjour familial

L appartement est spacieux, bien équipé (il y a même un vélo d appartement) et agréablement décoré. Les lits sont très confortables et c est agréable de prendre son petit-déjeuner sur le balcon. En cette période de forte chaleur, nous avons apprécié le ventilateur installé dans chaque chambre.

− Un peu d attente pour obtenir le code de la boîte à clefs mais tout est rentré dans l ordre.

To sum up my stay, this apartment deserves the title CRAZY HOME! (Not in a good way!)

There wasn't much to like, was the worst experience we ever had.

− Upon arrival, I collected the keys from the lockbox as instructed. However, the door lock was in very poor condition, and I was unable to open the door. After contacting the host, I was told that I needed to "wiggle" the key to get it to work. Once inside, we immediately noticed that the apartment had not been properly cleaned. The dishwasher still contained dirty dishes from a previous guest. My son sat on one of the dining chairs, and it collapsed because several screws were missing, creating a safety concern. We also discovered that there was no key for the bathroom door, making it impossible to lock. The balcony contained leftover food from previous guests, and the washing machine still had wet linens inside. In addition, the kitchen crown molding was loose, and there was no internet service because, according to the host, the router had been stolen. When I contacted the host about these issues, she explained that the cleaning person had experienced some problems and had not finished cleaning the apartment. However, we had booked this accommodation weeks in advance for a one-week stay, so it was disappointing to arrive and find the property unprepared and poorly maintained. Overall, this was by far the worst accommodation experience we have ever had. The condition of the apartment, lack of cleanliness, maintenance issues, and missing amenities made for a very disappointing stay.

− Wij arriveerden rond 23:00 uur met drie kinderen voor een overnachting als tussenstop naar een dagje Phantasialand. Helaas bleek bij aankomst dat er geen sleutel in de locker lag. De eigenaar was niet in de buurt en de persoon die de sleutel zou hebben, was niet bereikbaar. Wij hebben vervolgens nog anderhalf uur gezocht naar vervangende accommodatie, maar dit is niet gelukt. Uiteindelijk waren wij genoodzaakt om midden in de nacht twee uur terug naar huis te rijden. Vandaag moesten wij opnieuw 2,5 uur naar Duitsland rijden om alsnog naar Phantasialand te gaan. Dit heeft gezorgd voor veel extra kosten (brandstof) en vooral voor extreme vermoeidheid bij ons en onze kinderen. Het heeft ons geplande gezinsuitje helaas ernstig verstoord. Wij vinden dit een zeer vervelende en onacceptabele situatie en hadden gezien de recensies dit echt niet gedacht.

Optisch schön eingerichtet

− - Die Türen quietschen, habe es im Bad dann geölt. - Eingangstüre ist unten nicht dicht, man hört alles was im Treppenhaus passiert. - Die Küche fällt teils auseinander - Der grosse Heizkörper im Wohnzimmer wird nur ganz Links warm, sonst eiskalt. - Der Durchlauferhitzer ist NICHT mit einem FEHLERSTROMSCHUTZSCHALTER ausgestattet! Vorsicht geboten.
