1.0− LM indicated that there was availability...took my money from the bank, then let me know that I could not get the rooms I booked because of some fixtures they needed to fix. Still did not get my refund

− We did not stay at the property because the owner did not answer the phone or email on arrival. We were stranded at airport without any place to go! Had to make arrangements at night in a different company at great additional expense after having paid, even in advance on our return trip. Extremely poor! We expect a refund and further reimbursement for additional costs from this property!
