10.0Beautiful setting with very comfortable beds, and good quality sheets and towels. I loved all the architectural details and thoughtful touches everywhere. The location was convenient and night time noise was not bad at all. And I'm a light sleeper! Would definitely recommend.
− A shelf in the bathroom would help to add a place to put toiletries.

9.0The house was excellent. I liked the bathroom and shower. I liked that the house was big- plenty of room. There were several places to eat in the area.
− The location was okay, but I would like to be nearer to Brown University. We only walked, so we were about a mile away from the university.
This is a gorgeous historic apartment in a Victorian house...one of the nicest places I have stayed!

Perfect family rental
9.0Location was perfect for our needs, private parking spot was nice, house was beautiful, beds were extra firm as we like and decorated nicely. Sofa and chairs in living were comfy! Gorgeous home would rent again.
− Older house so the heating knocked all night, I was fine sleeping but my partner was not...other then that amazing rental!

10.0The charm of the property. We fell in LOVE! Additionally, there were ample towels, linens, pillows and blankets. Vertuo coffee maker was excellent to have! It felt like the host took great care and put a lot of thought into the details. We would love to come back 😍
− Thermostat was a little difficult to work with. We had some trouble getting it set where we wanted it. Did not find the iron on the property… but we pivoted. There was hand soap in the kitchen, but not the bathroom ( which we ended up moving to the bathroom to better suit our needs) there was so many choices for salt if you wanted to cook, but no sugar for the coffee. The slightest little wrinkles. We are very happy!
