2.0They didnt tell me any info about my room. No breakfast, the room stunk of smoke, would not give me any extra pillows, the blanket was paper thin. Restroom was nice but shower windows were dirty. The remote to tv didnt work so they came by and the guy freaked because i closed the door like i was going to assault him. Ill never stay at a Palace Inn.. also they wanted to charge an extra 10 bucks to stay an extra hour. Ac worked well. But the room really did STINK. bed was very cheap like the bedding
