Do not booked a room at Nagoya Mansion Service apartment
1.0Room number 802 (Service Apartment) There is nothing to be liked from this place as their service is terribly poor. Please don't get a room from here
− Frontdesk service is totally poor Room booked from booking.com but once arrived to the frontdesk, they pushed it to some lady to check the room we booked The lady didn't not provide the rooms as we booked from booking.com There is no iron box provided Front desk was not helpful and rude The landlord was rude and did not have a simple knowledge to check of the booking we have paid but mentioning we didn't not paid. Lot of cockroach inside the toilet and room Aircond not working properly Fridge is not working Toilet sink is leaking The apartment smelly We will make sure review the service apartment on Facebook and Google so that no other people get cheated or conned like us.
