7.0Excellent location, park parking, pool area, plus the many additional things included in the room and the responsiveness of Ping.
− Had some initial issues which were sorted out quickly. The air con doesn't work very well, but that could be a building issue. The thick plastic on the tables takes away from the comfort of the living areas.
A home away from home
10.0Amazing communication with our host Ping going above and beyond for us. Great location close to beach with parks located nearby, short stroll to the beach and shops.
− Not a lot to not like only small down fall is if you are a light sleeper the noise from the traffic through the night can be a little loud

Staying here with a toddler was made so easy!
10.0The apartment was so clean. My toddler had toys and her own space! We literally had everything we possibly needed, which made life so much easier!! Location was perfect! Across the road from a playground, right near the beach and walking distance to jetty road. Highly recommend to anyone. And we will defiantly stay again!
Our stay was excellent, we enjoyed the apartment and the complex facilities, would stay again.
9.0The location and the facilities were excellent. There are supermarkets, restaurants and of course the water close by. The additional touches with food and the wine were great. Ping had excellent communication. We really enjoyed our stay.
− Limited air circulation in the "second" bedroom. The aircon in the apartment worked well, but when you shut the curtain to close off the bedroom there is a lack of air circulation that makes the room still. A simple fix would be to have a pedestal fan available.

− It would have been great if we had had the option to prolong our stay in Glenelg to explore more and for sure enjoy the fabulous weather in comparison to what we will find back in Europe.
