Poor access, tiny pool
1.0The caretaker was kind. He took us on a safari morning hike and arranged for a jeep to take us to see elephants.
− The road to the place was bad. Our driver had low clearance and we had to get out on some sections so we didn't bottom out. We felt stranded once there. The pool was tiny like the size of 4 bathtubs put together. There was garbage outside. It was dirty inside. There was no kitchenette as advertised. The knob to the shower fell off when used. There was cigarette smoke smell when arrived. We decided that we didn't want to stay the 2 nights we booked it for. The manager from Maat hotels said we could stay at Feel munnar hotel for 2nd night but he wanted us to pay for both nights in cash. We paid for 1 night and when we arrived at Feel hotel we paid for 2nd night. We felt bullied by him. The cost of this accommodation was way over-priced. This place was rated 10 with 4 'fake' reviews.
