7.0Appartamento molto carino e pulito con tutti i confort. Ottima la presenza dei due bagni.
− Come appunto io metterei una TV su in camera da letto.. Non mi è piaciuto la non presenza di una zanzariera alla porta d'ingresso per dare la possibilità di aprire la porta e non fare entrare piccioni e insetti vari..

3.0Die rel. nahe Entfernung zu einem ungepflegten schmutzigen Strand kann als positiv bewertet werden. 2 Toiletten in der Wohnung. Zentrumsnähe zum netten Städtchen.
− Misserable Parksituation rund um die Wohnung, ungepflegter schmutziger Strand, kein Balkon, keine Terasse, stark verschmutzter Bereich direkt vor der Wohnung durch nistende Tauben und auch nicht gereigte Flächen, durch die direkt neben der Wohnung verlaufende, stark befahrene Straße (SS 1) ständiger Lärm durch anfahrende oder abbremsende Fahrzeuge und der damit verbundene Gestank der Fahrzeuge, die oftmals auch hupen, kein Vermietr v.O., Verbindungsaufnahme nur möglich über Handy, steile Treppe vom EG zum OG, stark tropfender Wasserhahn unter dem Waschbecken im EG, winzige Ameisen auf dem Tisch, Ausstattung (Küche) nur spärlich
