Great location; easy 10 minute or so walk to the heart of old town, which was a fantastic place.
7.0The air conditioning worked pretty well. There is only one unit, in the kitchen / common room, and there are no air conditioning units in the two bedrooms. But, if you leave the bedroom doors open, it cools them fairly well. It's a small apartment. The air conditioning was critical for us, because we were there in July when average high temperatures regularly exceeded 100 degrees fahrenheit.
− It was smaller than the pictures made it appear. Also, the power went out twice during our 9 days. Both times were at about midnight. We were worried, because if it didn't return, we would have roasted miserably in the heat. Fortunately, someone was available via WhatsApp, and helped us find the electrical panel and flip the fuses. Apparently power has gone out multiple times, so this is a known issue that I'd wish the owners would fix. But at least for us, power always came back quickly, and we never lost air conditioning.

9.0El apartamento está genial, muy cómodo y muy completo. La ubicación es muy buena. El personal muy amable, estuvieron pendiente en todo momento. Si quieres visitar la ciudad de Logroño es una gran opción.

− No nos fue nada bien. Las habitaciones parecían limpias pero en absoluto. Debajo de la cama pelusas, en la bañera pelos en el filtro. Mi hijo gateando se cortó con un pequeño cristal gateando. Les mandé las fotos y ni disculpas pidieron.
Buena ubicación, pero limpieza y confort mejorables

− La experiencia en general se vio bastante afectada por la limpieza y el confort. A nuestra llegada, encontramos la vajilla sucia y tuvimos que lavarla varias veces antes de poder usarla. Además, al abrir el sofá cama había una bolsa con mantequilla derretida, lo de da la sensación de falta de revisión entre estancias. También se aprecia polvo acumulado en algunas zonas, lo que sugiere que la limpieza no es del todo profunda. Intentamos comunicarlo al dia siguiente al propietario, el cual reconoció que la limpieza no había sido la adecuada, pero no se nos ofreció ninguna solución. En cuanto al descanso, las ventanas aíslan muy poco el ruido de la calle, aunque el punto positivo es que no es una calle súper transitada.
