7.0The hotel felt safe and comfortable, they spoke good English at the reception, the bed was comfortable, everything fairly clean, the hot water and the AC worked (although very noisy).
− The hotel room was nothing like the description on Booking.com: no hottub or fireplace, no spa, and the room was quite small.
