Excellent, super clean Airbnb where everything has been thought of.
9.0Very well appointed, super clean accommodation with excellent facilities, everything had been thought of including coffee pods, tea, milk and items for a light breakfast. Since I was bike touring, the secure bike box was perfect addition. There is a pub opposite the property although it was closed the night I was there but the town centre is only a short walk away. The only small issue was that on an unusually very hot summer evening with west facing bifold doors, the accommodation was rather warm. That aside an excellent Airbnb and strongly recommended.

The perfect stay.
10.0The Orchid had everything I needed and more. It was lovely to arrive after a long day cycling to find a chilled bottle of water, tea, coffee,milk and biscuits. There was also pancakes and jams in the fridge for breakfast and cereal too. The Orchid is beautifully appointed with a comfortable bed and sofa and everything you'd need, equipment wise, to prepare a simple supper. There were some lovely products in the bathroom. The secure bike storage was very welcome. Simon was on hand when I had trouble accessing the key in the key safe (entirely my own fault after a long day cycling). I thoroughly recommend The Orchid especially if you are cycling the NCN 25.

10.0The property was perfectly located for our trip and it was impeccably clean with everything we needed for our overnight stay. Lovely extras like milk, tea/coffee & scotch pancakes were a lovely surprise.
Perfect for short stay to attend a function in the area.
9.0A nice selection was provided for breakfast including a small bottle of fresh milk. A coffee maker was a nice addition. A summer weight duvet made sleeping during the warm nights possible.
− The bed seemed very slightly smaller than an average double bed - my wife said I was snoring in her ear and couldn't get far away!!
