Amplasarea este relativ centrală.

− Patul din dormitor și canapeaua extensibilă, uzate și defecte, lenjeria de pat necălcată și cu pete dubioase, tacâmurile doar pentru două persoane, lumina în baie nu funcționa, iar mirosul era mai puțin plăcut. Raport calitate -preț dezamăgitor... Păcat, Atena este prea frumoasă pentru a fi umbrită de asemenea "oferte turistice".

The location is definitely the best thing about this property, and the hosts were responsive and quick to help when we reported the first issue.Unfortunately, as more problems appeared, communication stopped.

− The apartment had a number of maintenance problems that really affected our stay: The bathroom door handle was broken. Once closed from the inside, could only be opened from the outside. The hairdryer was broken. We only found out 30 minutes before a reservation for an event, which was the reason we were in Athens. We had to go out with wet hair in 13 C weather, which was really unpleasant and not how we wanted to start the evening. The mattress was uncomfortable and in poor condition, which made it hard to sleep well. The air conditioner in the bedroom did not work on heat mode. Hot water required pressing a button and then waiting about 20 minutes every single time, which was very inconvenient for daily use. For the price, we expected a property that is in proper working order. With better maintenance, this could be a good place thanks to its location, but in its current state I can’t recommend it.

I enjoyed the stay overall with the minor issues described above.

Location is excellent! I was grateful that the host allowed me to check out later at 1400.

− The AC in both rooms didn’t cool as well as they could. One AC remote had dead batteries.

L'emplacement, top pour l'accès à l'Acropole et aux quartiers Plaka et Monastiraki Environnement très calme et propre, boulangerie en face et supermarché au coin de la rue Appartement bien entretenu, lit de la chambre ok

− Proposé pour 4 personnes mais clairement pas adapté ! Canapé lit très inconfortable (penché), pas d'endroit pour manger à 4, seulement 2 chaises, peu de vaisselle (pas de petites cuillères, seulement 1 bol...) Donc bonne option pour 2 personnes

Quiet location near green and blue lines.

Nice location, nice and clean building and surrounding area, convenient to green and blue metro stops, quiet street and area compared to other Athen locations. Reasonably good value.

− Apartment is no smoking which is great but there was a fairly strong disinfectant smell in the apartment. Opening the windows and vents in kitchen brought in a lot of passive smoke. We are sensitive to smells/smoke so it was worth noting.
