The sheets smelled freshly cleaned, and the toilet had been cleaned as well. The host was extremely responsive and the keys were easily accessed. The building is nice and the tv has apps and channels in English.

− The listing says it sleeps four people, so we paid booking option “for four adults” which was much more expensive than the option with less people. The host reached out to make sure we understood there was only two beds and assured us we could make it work as two of us were young children. They also told us there was unlimited coffee and tea, which I found odd when we arrived to find no coffee and only an old opened bag of loose leaf earl grey tea, with no way to make it. There was rubbish in the cupboards and the appliances, such as the panini press, were filthy with crumbs. The host did apologize and said it is the fault of the cleaners, and that they even saw a receipt from the cleaners for food for us for our late arrival. They also offered us a free future stay. While the sentiment is nice, it doesn’t negate the poor stay we had, and I would’ve appreciated being refunded the price of the person (~$50) the place literally didn’t even accommodate.
