9.0I like the overall stay where all family stay at one place. Each room with their own shower + nice pool , even though we didn't have time to enjoy the pool.
− Maybe need to keep away the ants and also first night kids were scared when they saw a small r_t running in the living room. After that we didn't see any. Otherwise great one week stay. Will repeat on another occasion.

− I only wish there were some pamphlets of take away places so we can order in. Everything else we were very pleased with. A family of 4 with 2 kids and my parents stayed there. Spacious and well equipped villa.

7.0Globalement le logement est bien. Les équipements, bien qu’un peu vétustes sont suffisants. L’extérieur est top.
− L’emplacement est très mauvais. Pointe au sable n’est absolument pas un quartier touristique. Nous étions à 5min à pied d’un bidonville. La plage n’est également pas vraiment praticable.
Superbe endroit avec des amis ou la famille
7.0Réactivité du propriétaire si on avait un problème (problème de gaz qui a été résolu dans l'heure) et il nous à contacter pendant notre séjour pour voir si on avait des problème, Jardinier et service de nettoyage. Transport publique juste devant.
− Le propriétaire qui était en retard le jour de l'arriver, on a du patienté 1h le temps heureusement on a pu entré dans la l'enceinte du bâtiment mais du attendre la clé pour ouvrir la maison Le fond de la piscine était sale (à l'arrivé du propriétaire on lui a fait la remarque, il a fait le nettoyage le soir même) Le Barbecue qui était sale, on la nettoyer nous même. Caméra de surveillance vers la piscine
