10.0Alles sehr sauber, ordentlich, angenehm warm, trotz Eiseskälte. Die Altstadt in 3-5 Minuten gut erreichbar. Der Vermieter ist immer zu einem kleinen Gespräch bereit.

9.0Die Wohnung war der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für die Erkundung des wunderschönen Städtchens Arnstadt und für einen Ausflug nach Erfurt. Sie war perfekt und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Mit den Vermietern hatten wir einen angenehmen und freundlichen Kontakt. Beim Problem mit dem Einloggen ins WLan wurde uns schnell geholfen.
− Auch wenn nur wenige Autos auf der angrenzenden Straße fahren, kann dies bei offenem Fenster morgens wegen des Kopfsteinpflasters stören.

9.0Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war äußerst angenehm, schnelle und freundliche Antwort auf eine Anfrage, sehr bemüht und um das Wohl der Gäste besorgt. Bei unserer Anreise standen Getränke und etwas Obst bereit. Es war Stadtfest und der Vermieter bemühte sich sogar, für uns einen Parkplatz in der Nähe zu organisieren. Die Wohnung ist ausreichend für 4-5 Personen und gut ausgestattet. Man fühlt sich herzlich willkommen. Vielen Dank!
