5.0− Šie apartamenti sagādāja zināmu vilšanos. Ierodoties bija redzami netīrumi un gruži uz grīdas, paklāja un kājlīstēm. Tāpat arī virtuves piederumi un sadzīves tehnika nebija pienācīgi iztīrīti. Kopumā tīrības un svaiguma līmenis neatbilda gaidītajam standartam. Par ģimenes numuru šo naktsmītni būtu grūti nosaukt, jo telpas ir pārāk šauras. Tāpat aprakstā minētā divguļamā gulta nav taisnība, jo gulēšana paredzēta uz izvelkamā dīvāna. Ierodoties konstatējām, ka darbojas veļas mazgājamā mašīna, kas turpināja strādāt vēl vairākas stundas. Cikls noslēdzās ar skaņas signālu tieši brīdī, kad liku gulēt mazuli, kas būtiski traucēja mūsu vakara ritmu. Papildus tam nebija sniegtas skaidras norādes par naktsmītnes un tai paredzētās autostāvvietas atrašanās vietu. Tā kā teritorija ir plaša, nācās pašiem meklēt pareizo ēku, šo procesu noteikti būtu iespējams organizēt pārskatāmāk. Pati teritorija ir sakopta, un apkārtējā daba ir lieliska. Tomēr tas vairāk attiecas uz visu Albatrosa kompleksu, nevis konkrēti uz šiem apartamentiem.
