Very private hilltop location about a 20 min taxi ride from the main area. The Pickleball court was a bonus

− Firstly I would strongly question the validity of the glowing reviews that the property has received both on Booking.com and elsewhere on the internet. Our first impressions on entering the property were of disappointment for the following reasons:- The pool water was cloudy and had detritus floating on the surface to the extent that we would not have wished to use it. The BBQ had not been cleaned since it was last used and there were no BBQ utensils. The owner (Reefa?) responded promptly. She managed to skim the detritus floating on the surface and despite a certain cloudiness to the water it was enough to make it satisfactory for us to use. We left the property soon afterwards to go to a restaurant. When we returned later that evening Reefa had cleaned the BBQ and also brought a few BBQ utensils. However, the following day it was apparent that there were further several issues with the property. The most dangerous issues being the open & faulty bedside socket with live wiring and the very loose bedroom ceiling fan (see the attached photos & video). Only one bedside lamp worked, however Reefa did bring up two replacement bedside lamps. A handyman fixed the sockets and fan. The dimmer switch on one bedroom lamp was broken and required using your finger nail to turn the broken dimmer switch. Several outside lights around the pool and above the BBQ did not work which meant my son BBQ'd with a torch in his mouth. The covers of the sofa's and chair in the lounge were stained and needed cleaning. The seating would not be comfortable for a party of six adults to relax in the evening. The kitchen had only one worktop socket with an extension lead for appliances. A broken Wok and another faulty pan were replaced. There were no teaspoons or bottle opener. There was a foul smell from the drain in our bathroom despite ensuring the trap was filled with water. No rail/hangers for long dresses in the wardrobe.

Amazing stay in the middle of greenery with stunning view, kids loved the tennis court it is really big. If is a nature beauty spot in langkawi, has everything u need u simply can stay indoors for couple of days disconnecting from the crowd

− at night it had lot of lizards that skip to the rooms and the entire villa .. but that’s normal cause u r in the middle of gardens. U need to get the forests anti-aches ointment as u will get some specially at night

Our stay at Langkawi Pickleball Peak Langit Hill Villa was absolutely amazing. The pickleball court, private pool, and stunning hill views were the highlights of the stay - perfect for relaxing and having fun. The villa is very spacious, easily accommodating up to 6 guests, and comes with a well-equipped kitchen and all the facilities you could need for a comfortable stay. Everything was super clean, and the host was incredibly helpful and responsive, making our experience even better. It’s also well-located - most major attractions are just 20–30 minutes away. However, I’d highly recommend renting a car since the property is slightly away from the main town. Overall, a fantastic stay and highly recommended for families or groups looking for a peaceful and fun getaway in Langkawi!
