7.0The unit itself was perfect for us and we appreciated the lovely goodie basket of food and drink.
− We were not impressed with the access as we had stipulated it had to be on the Ground Floor with no steps or stairs which to us is the same thing. Your photos didn't indicate that there were at least 6 narrow winding steps to go down to the front door and no handrail to assist.
Everything was great ! We would highly recommend this lovely apartment. We will definitely rebook on our next trip to P

10.0We both really enjoyed our stay at the little courtyard. The host was very helpful and polite. Lots of attention to detail in the accommodation. The welcome basket of goodies was an unexpected and lovely surprise. Well decorated, all appliances/amenities that you could need. Very quiet and cosy, stress free. Would recommend to anyone wanting a place to stay in Penzance.

10.0What a wonderful gem. Spacious, clean, attractively appointed, well equipped, great linens and towels, bright, and wonderful communication with the owner. Teri graciously accommodated a request from us which was much appreciated.
− We are senior travellers and found the steps down to the courtyard a little steep, particularly with suitcases.….a railing would be of assistance.
A delightful base for exploring Penzance and the surrounding area
10.0We travelled here by train and were able to do everything we wanted on foot or using the local bus services. Situated in a quiet lane away from the hustle and bustle, with good security and a gorgeous courtyard garden to walk through to access the property. The apartment was light, spacious, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Too many great additions to mention: the welcome hamper, fresh flowers, walk-in shower, storage options, massive TV, books, blankets... Communication with our host was prompt, friendly and helpful throughout. Excellent value too.
Lovely & Cosy flat
10.0The flat is cosy, really big, has a well equipped modern kitchen and has many other useful items (for example a dishwasher, or a washing machine). We loved it from the beginning. And in two minutes you are in a nice little street with cafes and other shops that leads to the town center.
