10.0Location, near ski slopes (15 min walk or by car in minutes). It's possible with stroller to walk safely to the ski slope. House is spacious, well equiped with nice view.

9.0Das Haus hat Charme. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Auch die Betten einfährt gut.

6.0Dom jest zlokalizowany w zacisznym miejscu, można odpocząć z dala od zgiełku miasta. Piękny widok z okna. Przestronny salon, wyposażona kuchnia. Dostępna sauna. Kontakt z właścicielką na bieżąco.
− Dom jest stary i ogromny, wg mnie nieco przytłaczający. W czasie deszczu w jednym z pokoi kąpało z sufitu. Rozkład pokoi dosyć dziwny. Brak pościeli i ręczników to totalna porażka, informację o tym, ze trzeba wziąć swoją klient dostaje dopiero po opłaceniu rezerwacji.

10.0First of all host is very friendly, precise and flexible. Any request were answered almost instantly. Location of the "Haus" is on quiet place but in short walking distance from center of Semmering. The house is spotlessly clean, well equipped with excellent view from a balcony. The building itself seems like from 70's, do not expect a brand new house. We were 6 of us, another room with 2 bunk bed were available. Definitely enough space for a larger group. Free parking is available just in front of the house, one of them is with roof.
