Disappointing
2.0− Was not clean, we separated the beds into the two twins as advertised and there was an absolute mess beneath that had compiled enough dirt and dish to show it hadn’t been cleaned in months . The outside was also dirty upon entry as it was covered in loose trash . I raised this to the host’s attention on day 2 and they said they’d “add it to their list” instead of coming to clean.

6.0The apartment itself was okay and good bus and train connections
− The wardrobe is used as a storage area, the blanket and the pillows were not clean, had some stains that were not pleasant to watch, shower was ok but not good
Disappointing
4.0Room was clean and well-equipped. It was quiet.
− I was not sent an email with the instructions and the keysafe code 24 hours before our arrival, as promised. The email arrived at 5.45am the following day. We were stranded on the street, with no-one answering the phone, although we were at the property at the time we had stipulated. There was only one mug in the property when we arrived. The duvet was too thin for November and there were no blankets. Mugs and a a new duvet arrived the following day The entrance hall and stairs were filthy and the front garden depressingly unkempt.
