Very Good location, easy access to the beach and to the main road via a back door. It had everything we needed, very well furnished place. Was easy to check-in as i looked up the instructions on booking.com and it had clearly mentioned the access code and location of the key box. Maybe this should be emailed as well, just in case. MTN signals in the area were not very good and the internet in the house in only 4G.

− There are 2 Bathrooms (sort of). In one bathroom, there is no door to the shower room and water splashes out if you are not careful. There is another shower room and toilet in the main bedroom, however the toilet is 'in the bedroom'. I can understand having a sink in the room but toilet seems like a design fault (makes the room smelly) but overall having another toilet helps.

Lovely house, spacious and comfortable even for disabled mom. Pet friendly. Clean, everything we needed was there. Mariaan was amazing, willing to help and always available. Beautiful area very close to the beach and tidal pool. Beach with lots of amazing shells. Any shell collector or crafter's dream. Will definitely book another visit soon .

Comfortably furnished with unexpected amenities such as indoor and outdoor braai, dishwasher and washing machine. 3 spacious bedrooms with ample storage and open plan living area. Walking distance to beach. A real gem, pics posted on the listing doesn't do justice.

− Had some difficulty finding the property as the address and location on map doesn't coincide. Owner was very very helpful though.

A very well-equipped apartment. Kitchen facilities are great. Nice indoor stainless-steel braai for a windy or cold day. Also have a great outdoor braai area. Main bedroom is very spacious. An easy stroll to the beach and close to the shop in Witsand.

We had a wonderful stay at Prince Pad in Witsand! One of the standout aspects was the impeccable cleanliness of the property. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, making us feel right at home. The amenities were also top-notch! It was clear that the hosts had put thought into providing everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Although there was no ocean view from the property, the sound of the waves was soothing and the beach was within walking distance. We spent hours combing the beach, collecting an array of colorful shells that sparkled in the sunlight. We also discovered a daily indoor market nearby, which was a treasure trove of useful gifts and homemade products. We found unique souvenirs, delicious treats, and beautiful handicrafts that made our stay even more special. However, we did notice a concern that we wanted to bring to the attention of the hosts - there was a roof leak in the main king-size room, which could potentially damage the beautiful wood roof if not repaired. We hope that this will be addressed soon to preserve the beauty and integrity of the property. Overall, we were thoroughly impressed with the cleanliness, amenities, and location of Prince Pad. We will highly recommend this holiday home to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable getaway in Witsand! Don't hesitate to book - you won't regret it!"
