Very nice apartment. The terrace is great. The apartment is very comfortable and equipped with everything you need. The air-conditioning works well so you can stay cool in summer. We had a great time there and would love to return.

Un apartamento muy limpio, nuevo y cómodo. Zona tranquila, se puede aparcar por los alrededores y la ubicación está a 10 minutos en coche del centro de la ciudad.

Όμορφος, μοντέρνος και πολύ καθαρός χώρος, με full οικιακό εξοπλισμό αν σε ενδιαφέρει μαγειρέψεις και πλύνεις. Φιλόξενοι άνθρωποι και πολύ άμεσοι στην επικοινωνία τους.

− Από τη μια πλευρά το διαμέρισμα είναι ημιυπόγειο, οπότε το παράθυρο στο υπνοδωμάτιο ήταν ψηλά και συνεχώς κλειστό. Ωστόσο, το διαμέρισμα από την άλλη πλευρά διαθέτει ένα άνετο «μπαλκόνι» μέσα στις γλάστρες.

Our stay was great, with a fully renovated, clean property and exceptionally friendly hosts.

The property is a semi-basement apartment with the bedroom window facing the entrance side and a sliding glass door on the opposite side that leads to the courtyard. The house is fully renovated with new window frames, furniture, and appliances, giving it a fresh and modern look. It is very clean, which enhances the comfort of the stay. The two hosts were extremely friendly and helpful, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. They kindly provided welcome refreshments and packaged snacks, which was a nice touch. Parking is relatively easy to find near the house, making it convenient for those traveling by car. The water pressure was good, which is noteworthy given that Heraklion generally faces issues with water pressure, and the water heater could heat the water within 10-15 minutes, ensuring a pleasant shower experience. The air conditioning system works efficiently, cooling the entire house very well. Additionally, the courtyard is beautifully landscaped, offering a serene outdoor space with a countryside feel for those who enjoy it.

− Improvements could include installing a security door to enhance safety, using a combination lock instead of a traditional key for added security and convenience, and adding shutters to the courtyard door for better privacy and security. Additionally, for the sake of hygiene and maintaining cleanliness standards, it would be beneficial to have protective covers on the bed and pillows, and to prohibit pets, as there are irresponsible owners who allow their pets on the beds and sofas, regardless of how dirty they might be. Furthermore, studies suggest that, even after a pet leaves a space, it can take weeks or even months to fully remove allergens, pet hair, and odors, which can be particularly problematic for individuals with allergies.
