A wonderful B&B with great hosts
10.0Kate and Keith were exceptional hosts. We left very early two mornings to attend The Open and they prepared breakfast for us in a cooler bag. The third morning we were treated to a delicious full English breakfast.

10.0If you are looking at this property simply hit BOOK!. If you miss it being available you will regret it.This property is perfect. Keith and Kate welcome you in and its like staying with family. The rooms are spacious and immaculate. Kate cooks the breakfast to order with aplomb. The whole breakfast experience is so relaxed. These two have it off to a fine art! The hotel is one mile from the buzz of Blackpool and walking distance to hotels with bars and a very fine Mediterranean restaurant. Then you walk home and have the best night undisturbed sleep.

8.0Hosts were excellent. Very helpful and informative. Nice touch giving us a bottle of Prosecco to help celebrate our wedding anniversary. Excellent breakfast. Will come again and already passed info of this great B & B to family and friends.
