A great stay
10.0A lovely property in a great location, very close to the Aviva stadium for our concert. Very comfortable bed and beautiful bathroom. Great addition having the courtyard especially with the beautiful weather we had.

10.0We absolutely loved our stay at Pembroke , ideal location for our trip to the Aviva Stadium. Everything was provided for a relaxing stay. Great communication also and so handy for parking. It was lovely to relax in the little courtyard and have a little glass of fizz :) Thank you Anne , we will definitely return.

5.0Das Apartment bietet einige schöne Aspekte: Das Zimmer ist gross und das Bett bequem. Der Garten ist sehr schön gestaltet und die frischen Blumen im Zimmer waren eine nette Aufmerksamkeit. Ebenfalls positiv war, dass Getränke sowie kleine frische Snacks bereitstanden. Eine Nespresso-Maschine war vorhanden, allerdings ohne Kapseln. Zum Glück gab es in der Umgebung guten Kaffee zu kaufen. Auch die Lage ist insgesamt recht gut.
− Leider überwogen für uns die negativen Punkte. Die Handtücher rochen bereits im trockenen Zustand unangenehm, waren verfärbt und vergilbt. Sobald sie nass wurden, verstärkte sich der Geruch erheblich. In der Wohnung gab es keine Lüftung, wodurch die Luft dauerhaft feucht war und die gesamte Unterkunft einen muffigen, kellerartigen Geruch hatte. Unsere eigenen Handtücher wären ohne das warme Wetter vermutlich gar nicht getrocknet. Aus dem Abfluss im Badezimmer kam ein sehr unangenehmer Geruch. Auch die Sauberkeit liess zu wünschen übrig. Der Boden war schmutzig – unsere weissen Socken waren nach kurzer Zeit braun. Der Badezimmerschrank war ebenfalls nicht sauber gereinigt, und auch die Bettwäsche wirkte verfärbt und wenig gepflegt. Für einen Preis von CHF 800 für drei Nächte hatten wir deutlich höhere Erwartungen. Im Vergleich zu mehreren Vier-Sterne-Hotels in der Nähe stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis aus unserer Sicht überhaupt nicht.
