Cosy stay in a great location
8.0Great location at Batam Centre.
− There were small finishing touches that were lacking. For example, towels provided were too thin. Blanket provided was also thin. There were also frequent power outages in the building which affected the lifts.
The place is a gem where you can find new established eateries and restaurants. Good security.
7.0The cleanliness was great. The security is very strong. Love the locations and whereabouts to find eateries within walking distance. Children huge playground at the basement makes this place great for families.
− The only concern is the shower that seems to be hard to turn warmer.

8.0I like most is unit,thee receptionist knowledgeable n friendly so as Vanesa host,quick to reply n cleaner was friendly n fast in cleaning thee unit,when I return from out door,room very clean beautiful bed n pillow sheets,all at a clear n felt refreshing enviroment for another day on my extend,thanks Vanesa host n receptionist from good start to end of my stay🤝🙂
− I can't find thee knife,bowl,,I use thee pot as a bowl,cutting board,hair dryer,noodles net to dry out water,cissorfor meat,hope a full kitchenette Vanesa !!
