Everything from the cleanliness of the apartment & how helpful & accommodating Ian the host was especially cause it was a lovely sunny few days we got to use his back garden & let the dog run about.

The Barn was exceptional and it was spotless, i booked it for my daughter and daughter-in-law and their 2 small dogs, the owner Ian was brilliant he let them check in earlier and told them no rush to leave with no extra charges, the views were amazing and the dogs loved it, they had a lovely relaxing stay and said they would definately be back again. They highly recommend the Barn and give it 5*

Stunning views and hosts couldn't be anymore accommodating even letting us check in early as we had a wedding to go to nearby.

Nice shower bed was comfy nice view of Strangford lough

− On arrival down stairs bedroom smelt of damp or wet dog carpet was covered in dog hairs and the spiders and spider webs where everywhere about 8 in total in the bed room no window to open to air the down stairs out which it needed then up stairs floors weren't brushed the crumbs from previous people staying where on the floor around the table coffee granuals laying on floor in the kitchen then opened draw below the cooker to find mice droppings and not 1 or 2 and in the cupboard under the sink also and in the second draw beside the fridge the sink and drainer where not cleaned and the work top where tea and coffee canisters sat where not cleaned either so in turn I wouldnt eat in the place the sponge to wash your cup out looked like it had been there from the start of the year really poor for the price of the place would of had a better stay anywhere else ive got the video proof and have sent this to booking.com when told to host a sorry and they would say to the cleaning team a discount if I messaged directly to him next time after our stay we wouldnt be booking in again not worth the money look else where is my opinion if I can upload the video I will Not even a drop of milk in the place to have a cup of tea unlike everywhere ive stayed to date always a wee welcome basket with milk etc till you pop to a shop ive stayed in a few places now and this is bottom of my list now I seen another comment from December about the mouse dropping so obviously still an issue

It was clean, comfortable and private in a beautiful area. Nicely decorated with lots of natural light and beautiful views from the windows. Hosts very helpful and responsive.

− Not as much as didn’t like but an enclosed area to leave dogs free would have been a big bonus.
